Mark Heidaker
Mr. Heidaker is the founder and President of PAS, and since its inception PAS has achieved many accomplishments in the right of way profession. One of the company’s most recent accomplishments is the successful awarded project of the State of Texas’s first Pass Through Tolling Program Road Project located in Montgomery County, with PAS responsible for acquiring over 300 parcels. Over his nearly 12 years of right of way experience, Mark, a graduate of Texas A&M University, has been involved in the right of way field extensively doing acquisition work for the Texas Department of Transportation Houston and Dallas Districts, the City of Pearland, Montgomery County, and Fort Bend County, as well as other governmental and public agencies. He is a licensed Right of Way Agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. |
