Property Acquisition Services, LLC., is involved with the first approved Pass-Through Tolling Program since its inception in 2003. The current Program involves the right of way necessary for the improvement and reconstruction of four FM roadways – FM 1488, FM 1314, FM 1484 and FM 1485 located in Montgomery County, Texas.
Pass-Through Tolling allows cities and counties to partner with the State of Texas to build transportation projects faster and more cost effectively. By agreeing to fund and construct transportation improvements now and receive reimbursement from the State over time, cities and counties are able to move critical roadway projects forward that may otherwise be delayed because of shortages in State transportation funding.
As part of the Right of Way and Management team associated with the Pass Through Project, PAS is experienced in managing the right of way process, acquiring the necessary land, and relocating the personal property. In addition, PAS is overseeing the utility coordination, including the execution of the utility agreements with the provider and the State. PAS is also managing the property management aspect of the project and facilitating and executing the access management process as it applies to the proposed facilities.
The team at PAS is currently associated with projects in Grayson County, Galveston County, Titus County and Val Verde County.
