Title Search, Title Curative and Right of Entry
Experienced title specialists at PAS conduct thorough, customized title searches that provide you with all pertinent title information. PAS can provide complete title curative work, and our right of way agents will serve as your liaison on any project you require.
Appraisal and Appraisal Review
The appraisers which PAS utilizes are certified appraisers. All appraisal reports are prepared in strict conformity with state and federal guidelines, as well as professional appraisal standards. A third party review appraiser is also available to assure conformity in the methodology used in arriving at the fair market value.
Coordination of Surveying and Mapping
PAS retains surveyors who are reliable, accurate and timely. In addition, PAS performs survey quality control to insure that maps, plats and parcel sketches are all accurate. PAS provides surveying services throughout the U.S.

Subordination Agreements, Lien Waivers and Tenant Releases
PAS will research and identify encumbered liens of record and will obtain tenant releases and other curative documentation in order to obtain sufficient title. All release or subordination agreements will be filed at the appropriate county courthouse.
Relocation Assistance
Advisory and relocation services are available through PAS to assist with relocation of all property owners and tenants who may be displaced. Working closely with the respective individuals or businesses involved, PAS will coordinate activities to insure a timely and smooth relocation. Condemnation Assistance and Support
